Daniel brings over a decade of experience across the full spectrum of real estate investment and operations. He began his career as an underwriter for large-scale healthcare real estate financings, developing a deep understanding of institutional-grade capital markets and deal structuring.
He went on to lead asset management and acquisitions at an opportunistic private equity firm based in Brooklyn, NY with over $50 million in AUM, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing investments across multiple asset classes and geographies.
For the past five years, Daniel has served as a third-party asset manager for a Brooklyn-based investment firm focused on residential strategies, overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes ground-up multifamily construction, manufactured housing communities, and value-add repositioning projects across multiple states.
On the principal side, Daniel has built a focused investment platform around industrial outdoor storage and industrial service facilities — an underserved and rapidly growing niche within industrial real estate. Since 2021, he has acquired and developed multiple IOS and ISF properties across New Jersey and Florida, building a portfolio valued at approximately $30 million. He continues to actively pursue new opportunities to scale the platform and deliver strong risk-adjusted returns to investors and partners.
